Is it okay to leave a covered bbq Grill with propane tank outside in the Michigan winter?
It will be on our patio.
I live in Yukon. My house is heated by propane (well, until -40C, when it gels. Then I have to use wood.) The tank is outside, so your situation should be fine.
BTW, while Ottawa is the 2nd coldest, it is Ulan Bator, Mongolia that is coldest. Ottawa is colder than Moscow!
OFF HANDED I’d be surprised if anyone knows. 1 Way to proceed to get one close is take a few measurements. Decide how low you want the cover to drape down (this should be the heigth) then measure right to left this I’ believe to be width then measure front to back this would be depth. Now that you have the measurements read on the variety of covers available from Sears, Wal mart, even Builders supplies. It doesn’t have to fit snug in fact one 3 to 6 inches longer in any or all directions is fine. You can get BUNGEE CORD TO TIE IT DOWN WRAP IT AROUND THE BOTTOM.or use regular rope or string. Oh yea, be sure its cool to the tuch before you put it on. Speaking from expierance here.
I seen a 1977 Chevy truck with a chrome grill and it also had the same grill design over the head lights. Does anyone know where I can find this to buy? or do you think its custom? any help will be appreciated thank you!

What do i do with a dog that eats shoes, pants, grill covers, more shoes, digs giant holes, and chew any thing

I have a golden retriver and we’ve tried the crate, smacking him, yelling at him and we really hate to do that t’s just came down to that and we can’t take him on walks because he runs to fast and barks to the piont where we just have to go home and i might try the spray but we never catch him in the act so if we spray him after that he won’t know what it’s for and yes he’s still a puppy and the cutiest and very smart puppy but he just always has to chew things and we got him a toy and he just plays with it for about 30 seconds then goes to the next thing
Also i don’t think he’s bored because we have another beautiful golden that he can play with and i don’t know why he won’t learn from her example she’s a very good dog so i wish he would learn from her
Crate him when he is unsupervised. I learned the hard way. My dog chewed through an air conditioning cord and also chewed on my expensive shoes – but left my ex’s work boots alone.
Do I need to disconnect the LP tank from my grill after every use?
I am a complete rookie when it comes to Gas Grills. Just wondering if I need to disconnect the LP gas tank from my grill after every use or can I leave it connected as long as I shut the valve on the tank? Also wondering if storing it outdoor in summer heat (sometimes 100 degree plus) is safe. I have a cover for my grill which covers the tank also but sun is still beaming on it. Just want to make sure before I make a costly rookie mistake.
No, you dont have to remove the hose from the tank. Just shut the valve. As far as the heat. The tanks are made to withstand the outdoor temps. Propane tanks are all over the place in every corner of the world.
